Like many others in the cannabis and hemp industry, we have been keeping a close eye on the nationwide ban of hemp THC products that was passed in conjunction with the government funding bill. While this new legislation will take a year to go into effect, we wanted to acknowledge that the sale and production of our hemp THC drinks and hemp THC gummies will certainly be at risk.
Our Stance
Wyld does not support the federal prohibition of hemp THC products as this would be severely detrimental to our business model. We are, however, in support of more regulations within the hemp THC industry to create a safer environment for sale and consumption. Our goal over the next year will be to support anti-prohibition efforts and encourage safety regulations to help build a more sustainable future for the hemp industry.
