Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (beginning the next business day) after the order is placed, and delivered within 7-10 business days after shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via the email associated with your order.

Please note: Before an order ships, orders go through multiple steps with fulfillment that can make locating and cancelling an order difficult due to the volume of orders we process and ship within a day.

With that being said, we may be unable to complete any order modifications or cancellations once an order is placed. We recognize this limits modifications and cancellations, but feel it best supports customers getting their product in a timely manner.

Shipping Availability

We are constantly monitoring local regulation to ensure product availability. For the best user experience, we recommend selecting the state you are hoping to ship to in the top right-hand corner of the website. This
will filter product availability automatically for you.

We currently ship products containing hemp-derived THC to these regions: DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MN, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, WV, WI, WY, and Puerto Rico.

We currently ship CBD, CBG, CBC and CBN products to most states, except Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey.

We do not currently ship any product internationally.

Returns

Customers may return products purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and unused.

Please include your order number and indication that you would like a refund in the package with the returned product. Shipping costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.

Wyld will issue confirmation of refund within 3-5 business days upon receipt of return. Refunds are limited to the original purchaser and purchase method.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund and release the amount back to your account.
