Your questions, answered.

How do I redeem my credits?

Log in to your account and click on your Cash Back Credits balance. On the rewards page, use the slider to choose how many credits you'd like to redeem, then click Redeem to generate a discount code. Apply the code at checkout to save on your order.

How much are credits worth?

20 credits equal $1 in rewards. 100 credits equal $5. Earn 1 credit per $1 USD spent — equivalent to 5% back in rewards.

Can I use rewards on subscriptions?

Yes! Your rewards balance can be redeemed on both subscription and one-time purchases. Simply log in to your account and select "Redeem" to generate a one-time redemption code. 

Can rewards be combined with other discounts?

Rewards cannot be combined with other one-time purchase discounts. However, one-time rewards redemption codes can be used alongside standard subscription discounts on individual subscription orders.

Do rewards expire?

Credits expire after 6 months. 

Generated discount codes expire after 96 hours after creation. 

Is there a minimum purchase?

Your cart must total at least $10. You can redeem up to $20 in rewards per order.
